Neptnia was the southern border kingdom of Atlantis, covered in small hard shells of barnacles creating another layer of protection to the building - intertwined with seaweed, it had four gardens, each one a forest of herbs for medicine and magic, ranging from pearls, to silver kelp to even fire coral which are rare, walls of this place were made entirely out of coral that had been grown through magic. The Guardian that resided here was Queen Aryana Neptnia, she was the most beautiful of the four Siren Spirits that protected Atlantis, she was created with brilliant red hair, like fire, her long blood red locks glistened  perfectly matching her personality. She was strong willed and had quite the sharp tongue, not afraid to insult anything or anyone. Most civil disputes would be caused by her mischief, but she would always fall back in line when she needed to. She was a fierce warrior, her rage and skills were perfect for fighting against enemies, many undermined her from her looks, which played a wonderful distraction to her opponents. Because of her beauty, many would fall for her instantly, not caring to know who she was or what she loved to do - many were shallow to want her, like a trophy waiting to be won. But she enjoyed the attention nevertheless. Her most impressive skill would be the ability to use a whip coated in the grains of the fire coral, if struck at a high speed, it would catch fire and burn the opponent.
